Col. Sudip Mukerjee is a certified ‘NLP Trainer from The Society of Neuro Linguistic Programming (SNLP)’ – the original body of NLP set up in 1978 by Richard Bandler and John Grinder, the co-developers of NLP. This makes him the only Trainer in India authorized to certify people as per standards laid down by SNLP.
Having voluntarily retired from the Indian Army as a Colonel with his last appointment as Director – Operations and Training, he is also a certified Master Trainer & Facilitator, HRBP, PMP, Hypnotherapist, Counsellor, Speaker and Breakthrough Coach to business leaders.
What set him apart from every other Coach are his complete result orientation, astute understanding and focus on the application of knowledge instead of just theory. She specializes in getting to the core issue of a problem using her expertise in reading, decoding and deciphering verbal and non verbal communication and then strategizing the most effective solution to the problem.
Academically she is a Counsellor from the Monash University, Australia, a certified NLP Master Practitioner trained under SNLP, Restorative practitioner trained by IIRP and a certified Prepare-Enrich Facilitator. With her skills of analysis, she brings to the awareness of where exactly the problem lies and empowers the individuals in taking control of their lives irrespective of their age group.
